The Kindness of Legend, Frank Palmer

Frank is the CEO of Thinc Enterprises Inc. and developed Palmer Jarvis, one of the country’s most acclaimed marketing communications agencies. Frank is currently offering free solutions and advice for marketing and advertising agencies in the trying times of COVID-19. Frank implores companies to use their marketing efforts in this time to promote kindness and care, rather than promoting their own businesses for the time being. “Advertising needs a clear and truthful voice,” he states, large companies need to consider more than just their own profits when it comes to messaging, there needs to be more valuable. He also says agencies need to be credible for making sure the products they are working to promote are of quality and goodwill, not just there for profit. “If you’re a leader, act like a leader.”

Frank started in advertising back in the 60’s working his way up the ladder to managing his own company with 600 employees across the country with Anderson DDB and Red Urban. Having the knowledge of how both small and large businesses operate, Frank is happy to share his knowledge and research with those who need it by reaching out to him through email, Zoom, or by phone. Frank mentions that he's thankful for his large network of connections that allow him to stay up to date in times like these in order to support others, thinking back to when he himself was a small business in a vulnerable position.
