RTOWN Performance Marketing Acquires Mintent Agency

RTOWN, a Vancouver-based performance marketing agency, recently announced its acquisition of the assets of Mintent Digital Agency, a full-service agency based in Vancouver and the Greater Toronto Area.

The exact cost of the acquisition was undisclosed.

RTOWN said via press release that the move is aimed at jointly enhancing capabilities and amplifying digital marketing services to all of the Canadian SMBs they serve.

According to the CEO of RTOWN, the acquisition is a great display of two companies with aligned values combining forces.

Meanwhile, the CEO of Mintent said the two companies were a perfect match to join forces.

Aulin also said that the acquisition marks a milestone for RTOWN.

We are also very excited to be working with Krista LaRiviere, who founded gShift SEO Software, which was acquired by Mintent in 2018. The acquisition is the second for RTOWN.

The release also said that the acquisition of Mintent is part of RTOWN’s growth strategy to expand its services, particularly around content production and ad management efficiency in digital marketing. The announcement noted that the acquisition was an "all-cash deal born out of RTOWN’s growth and profitability through the pandemic.”
