RW&CO. partners with Inspiring Canadian Ambassadors for Fall 2021 campaign
Continuing on its path of building optimism through community, retailer RW&CO has announced nine new ambassadors for their fall "Rise Up" campaign. RW&CO. is highlighting its talent roster's tales of resilience. Each ambassador's unique story will be featured in an RWConversations video series, which will be showcased online and in-store.
The brand has tapped:
- Tokyo Olympic gold medalist Andre De Grasse ("Mental Preparation")
- Tokyo silver medalist Jennifer Abel ("Setting Objectives")
- On-air host Michaella Shannon ("Allyship")
- Actor Hamza Haq ("Using Vulnerability as a Source of Strength")
- Advocate Michaella Shannon, a member of Frog Lake First Nation, is an advocate for young women's reproductive health and self-esteem
- Québécoise actress and bestselling author Ingrid Falaise ("The Power of Positive Thinking")
- Design duo Melissa and Sacha Leclair of Leclair Decor ("Creating Your Space")
- Entrepreneur and Dragons’ Den host Manjit Minhas ("The Beauty of Empowered Women")
- Entrepreneur and Dragons’ Den host Lane Merrifield ("The Entrepreneurial Fire")
H&M launches its first C2C resell platform in Canada
Canada will be the first market to launch H&M’s new C2C resell platform. Designed to give Canadians a destination to buy and sell clothing from any brand, this initiative addresses one of H&M’s top priorities to “push circularity and help close the loop leading to a more sustainable future.”
Coined the H&M Rewear, the platform features easy to follow steps to list products, picture retouch on listings and also an algorithm-driven price recommendations to help sellers determine the best competitive price and optimize their chances of selling.
Also, unique to H&M Rewear, sellers will have two options for payment. Sellers can choose direct deposit or receive an H&M gift card with an added 20% value that can be redeemed online or in store.
The platform will launch on September 7th and more information can be found at rewear.hm.com.
